As a project partner, our role is to supply essential Key workers who are qualified and experienced in assisting individuals facing multiple barriers and complex challenges. These Key workers will deliver comprehensive, person-centred support tailored to the unique needs of economically inactive individuals, fostering progress towards positive outcomes throughout the project.
Operating flexibly throughout Northumberland County, they will offer one-on-one services in local communities to eliminate financial and social obstacles hindering access to support. Key workers will establish strong connections with individuals, providing consistent one-on-one and intensive wrap-around support to facilitate their journey towards improved circumstances.
Northumberland Community and Voluntary Action (NCVA) champions volunteering and voluntary organisations. We help people get organised to work in the community and for the community.
Since 1995 NCVA has been working to improve the employment prospects and help develop the skills of people in Northumberland. More than 3000 people have been helped by the award-winning programmes we have run or led. We have been a core delivery partner on Bridge Northumberland since 2016, project managing Bridge Northumberland since March 2020.
