Over the last six months, Blyth Resource and Initiative Centre (BRIC) have helped Miss R achieve her goals!
Daniel is the IT and employability tutor at BRIC. He was approached by Miss R to help develop skills in both IT and CV writing. He worked on a one-to-one basis with her to help gain confidence as she found group situations intimidating.
Miss R said: “Daniel really helped me with my confidence and changed by outlook to a more ‘can do’ than building barriers. I would say it is really worthwhile if you are feeling low and lacking direction with employment or further education advice and support”.
Miss R is now looking to start a Business Enterprise Level 2 course and start her own business.
